和60年前相比,失眠伤者扩展了九倍,病者平均年龄是1四.四虚岁。低龄化、大众化的趋势,除了因为衡量准则的优化外,更要紧的缘由是九陆%的聚光灯都照在了负面心理上,而积极心情只好靠着无限微弱的灯光及负面心理的阴影作伴。换句话说,负面心情获得了群众的关心,当它越精湛闪亮,就越五个人去吹牛它、追随它,久而久之,和负面情感打个照面、握个手、要个签订契约,都成了值得炫人眼目的事。于是乎,朋友圈里1到夜幕总有人优伤逆流成河,总有人『为赋新词强说愁』。


美妙的人最大的表征是resilience,就算条件再差、环境再恶劣,他们都积极适应。他们开始展览,却不是盲目乐观(Pollyannish),而是失利了未来,会和友好说『好,此次尤其,但总会行的,作者会从刚发出的满贯中吸取经验』。因为她俩相信自个儿,相信今后,他们有胆略示弱、向旁人求救,他们乐于助人、相信社会的光明。因为他俩有权利感,所以蒙受难题时,并不会抱怨环境、同事、父母、社会等一切外在的不利条件,而是主动承担起义务,为本身的生存负担。我们都要做active
agent rather than passive victim。

  3. Human potential is like seed; if you don’t water it, if you don’t
    shed light on it, it will wither and die.

  4. No one is coming. It’s up to you to make the most out of this
    experience.

有很短壹段时间,老感到温馨强迫症,隔三差5就去做理念测试,看看本人窝火程度有未有变高。可笑的是,
